Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, five days a week, from our UK warehouse.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched we'll email you a tracking number. Carriers can take a little time to show the first tracking update.

Carriers

We use Royal Mail, DPD and DHL, depending on the item and the service you choose.

Your delivery address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it after ordering, contact us straight away at info@xtecuk.com. We'll do our best, but we can't change it once the parcel has left our warehouse.

Delays

Occasionally deliveries are delayed by bad weather or carrier disruption. If your parcel hasn't arrived when expected, get in touch and we'll chase it for you.
