Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from XTEC UK, a trading name of XTEC LIMITED, registered in England and Wales (company no. 10703003). Registered office: 30–32 Knowsley Street, Manchester M8 8HQ.

Orders

When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. A contract is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or has been listed with an obvious pricing error, and we'll refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Product descriptions

We describe products as accurately as we can. Photos of refurbished devices show the model, not the individual unit; the condition is set by its grade.
