Price match promise

If you find the same product cheaper at another UK retailer, we'll aim to match the price.

How it works

Before you order, send us a link to the cheaper price on WhatsApp (07599 803768) or by email to info@xtecuk.com. If it qualifies, we'll match it.

What qualifies

• The identical product: same model, storage, colour and condition, brand new and UK stock.
• Sold by a UK retailer that has it in stock and ready to ship.
• We compare the total price including delivery.

What doesn't qualify

• Marketplace sellers, auctions, and second-hand, refurbished or open-box items.
• Clearance, flash or members-only prices, voucher codes, cashback and trade-in deals.
• Orders you've already placed.

We may decline a match at our discretion, for example if stock is limited.
